Participation Requirements: · Vendors are required to operate for the full duration of the festival on (Friday - Sunday, Sept. 12th - 14th). · Early load-out or abandonment of booth space is strictly prohibited and will incur a penalty. · No refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days of the event. · Booth assignments will be determined by festival staff and provided in advance. Booth Setup: · Each vendor must supply their own 10'x10' canopy tent with proper weights (e.g., sandbags, water barrels, or concrete blocks). No staking into the ground is allowed. · Vendors must provide all their own tables, chairs, signage, and display fixtures. · Your space must be fully self-contained. Electricity & Power: · Vendors must supply their own quiet generator if electricity is needed. No exceptions. · Power access, extension cords, lighting, and safety cables must be provided by the vendor. Self-Sufficiency & Clean-Up: · Vendors are expected to be fully self-sufficient for the duration of the event. · All vendors must maintain a clean and professional booth at all times. · Trash, boxes, and packaging must be disposed of properly. Safety & Security: · Overnight security will be provided by the festival, but MATI assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property. · Vendors are encouraged to remove valuables overnight. · Vendors must abide by all fire safety and city regulations. Insurance & Liability: · All vendors are responsible for obtaining any applicable licenses, permits, and insurance required for participation. · The festival, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any vendor losses or claims. Sales are limited to your assigned booth space. · No alcohol, cannabis products, or CBD-infused goods may be sold or displayed. · No coolers are allowed. Vendors may bring one small personal water cooler (e.g., 3-gallon Igloo). · Offensive, violent, or discriminatory merchandise is strictly prohibited. This includes items referencing illegal activity or hate speech. · Music, amplified sound, flashing lights, or special effects must be approved in advance. · Professional photography/videography is only allowed with festival-issued press credentials. · No pets, drones, weapons, fireworks, or prohibited items (see "Not Permitted on Festival Grounds"). Credentials & Access: · Each vendor will receive up to 4 vendor wristbands for booth staff. · Credentials allow access to the general admission area and your designated booth space only. · There is one designated vendor entry point—all vendors must use this location for check-in, load-in, and load-out. · Please retain your credentials for the entire event duration. Deliveries: · If receiving shipments via UPS/FedEx, vendors must be on-site to receive them in person. · The festival team will not sign for or store packages. Post-Event Survey: · Selected vendors will be required to complete a brief Marketplace Survey before leaving the grounds to help us improve future MATI vendor experiences.
